应用启发引导式教学查房提高儿科教学质量

摘    要:通过启发引导式教学模式在儿科教学查房的应用,提升实习生学习兴趣,学生创新能力、分析解决问题的能力明显提高,学生对启发式教学满意度达95%以上,同时教师教学查房方式相应改进,教学积极性也相应提高,因而启发引导式教学法可提高实习生的临床思维能力,教师教学水平也有不同程度的促进作用,对儿科临床教学质量有明显提高作用。

Abstract:The application of heuristic introductory teaching Method to teaching ward--roud in pediatric has a great appeal to the interns and improved their creativity and the ability to analyse and solve problems.The satisfaction on heuristic introductory teaching reached 95% or above among the interns,and teachers' teaching ward-roud method are improving continuously,at the same time,the positivity of teaching is increasing accordingly.so that it is obvious that the the application of heuristic introductory teaching method can improve the interns' clinical thinking ability and teacher's teachering standard also has different degrees of promoting function, improve the clinical teaching quality in pediatric.
