| 摘 要： | 老子被尊为道家的始祖,其著作《老子》更是先秦道家的代表性历史文献,其中不仅包含着丰富的哲学、军事、医学和天文等思想,而且也包含着丰富的管理思想。《老子》一书所蕴涵的丰富的管理思想,主要表现为无为而治、人本管理、水式管理方略和辨证的管理艺术。老子管理思想的精髓对于现代管理理论的发展具有重要的启示意义。

| Abstract: | The work Laozi is a historical literature which is full of thoughts.It not only includes abundant philosophy thoughts,military thoughts,medical thoughts,and astronomy thoughts and so on,but also includes profound management thoughts.Laozi contains abundant management thoughts,it mainly contains: Governing by non-interference,humanism management,mild management and dialectic management art.The essence of Laozi's management thoughts provide importantly enlightening value for modern manager. |
