| 摘 要： | 产学研协同创新是开放式创新的重要模式之一。文章主要探析影响产学研协同创新的直接因素与间接因
素，对20 所已经挂牌“协同创新中心”的高校及部分相关合作单位进行问卷调查，运用结构方程模型，分析各影响因
素的影响程度，并根据运行结果提出根据影响强弱对各因素进行有效控制，以促进协同创新产出最大化。

| Abstract: | The industry-university-research is one of the patterns of open innovation, this article mainly finds
out the direct and indirect factors and uses the questionnaire survey and SEM to analyze the weights of each
factor, and give some advices according to the result to control the factors effectively and promote the output of
collaborative innovation. |
