| Abstract: | The procedure of criminal compensation system constructed by the Chinese State Compensation Law has some deficiencies. The unjust in procedures of criminal copmpensation and the defective compensation commission are present problems. No substantive justices are in unjust procedure. Revising the procedure of criminal compensation system of the Chinese State Compensation Law should ensure justice and efficiency as the supreme principle. By establishing initiative compensation procedure, litigation procedure of criminal compensation and reconstruction of compensation commission, the Chinese state compensation system can be better to solve the problems. |
