公民奥林匹克知识产权法律意识的培育

阐述培育公民奥林匹克知识产权法律意识的必要性，剖析现阶段培育公民奥林匹克知识产权法律意识的困境：奥林匹克知识产权宣传途径单一、制度保障缺乏持续性、公民法律意识淡漠、侵权现象普遍存在。借鉴北京奥运期间的保护举措与国际经验，提出培育我国公民奥林匹克知识产权法律意识的建议：广泛、持续开展奥林匹克知识产权知识的宣传工作；扩大奥林匹克知识产权教育的对象和区域；深化奥林匹克知识产权教育层次；普及学校奥林匹克知识的系统教育，通过培育公民奥林匹克知识产权法律意识，促进奥林匹克运动在我国的健康发展。

Citizens' Legal Consciousness of Olympic Intellectual Property Right after Beijing Olympic Games

By means of literature study and logical analysis, the research illustrates the necessity of cultivating citizens' legal consciousness of Olympic intellectual property right after Beijing Olympic Games and analyzes the existing problems to be solved. At present, Olympic intellectual property right has not been well introduced, there has been no consistent guarantee system, people are not aware of relative legal problems, and there are ubiquitous torts. By referring to measures taken during the Beijing Olympics Games and international experience, countermeasures were proposed. Firstly, the promotion of Olympic intellectual property right must be extensively and continuously developed. Secondly, Olympic intellectual property right should be introduced to more people and more places. More should be done to deepen the system of Olympic intellectual property right to ensure the healthy development of Olympic Movement in China.
