体育：还原“文明病”下身体的自由

基于身体理论中身体哲学的研究，揭示出人本能的需要身体自由，身体自由追诉的演变历程和现实身体场域中身体自由的缺失。继而以身体社会学为研究视角，以"文明病"在现代生活中的凸显这一微观现象为切入点，具体分析文明进程中身体的社会性使其不可避免的遭受了"文明病"的侵占，身体自由的阻碍和身体自由的迷失，并探讨了体育与身体自由的内在联系。研究得出，身体健康是对身体自由的实现，"文明病"的困境下，体育完成了对身体器官的整合，增强了身体延展的张力，弥补文明进程中身体自由的缺席。

Sports for Restoring Physical Freedom Under Diseases of Civilization

Based on the researches of body philosophy in body theory, this study reveals that the human beings need physical freedoms, that the human beings have the history of the pursuit for body freedom, that there is a lack of physical freedom in reality. From the perspectives of the body sociology, this paper holds that the human beings are inevitable to suffer from the disease of civilization due to the nature of the body in the process of civilization, and the loss of physical freedom. Sports are related to physical freedom. Physical fitness realizes physical freedom. Sports integrate the body organs, enhance the tension of body extension and make up for the lack for physical freedom in the process of civilization.
