| 摘 要： | 文章从素质教育的角度透视我国基础教育，针对现存的不利于学生发展的学校教学、管理过程中的某些现状，试图用心理效应启发人们的思考，并探讨更为有效的解决办法。文章详尽地阐述了常见的12种心理效应的概念及其特点，并从三个方面列举出在教学管理过程中有着非常作用的心理效应的具体形式。

| Abstract: | Starting with quality education,this paper reflects the elementary education of our country. In view of some current situations in school teaching and administration unfavorable to students' growth, it arouses people to think by using psychological effect and explores more effective solutions.Furthermore, this paper discusses in full the concepts several common psychological effects and enumerates from three aspects the specific forms of psychological effect with miraculous function in the course of teaching management. |
