| 摘 要： | 本文首先从全国服务业发展水平出发点评了河南省服务业发展的总体现状,其次,采用DEA模型从时间序列与横向比较两个方面量化分析了河南省与其他省市服务业的发展状态,特别是技术有效性和规模有效性的评价结果为我们深刻认识河南省服务业的发展阶段、存在的问题提供了科学依据,最后,本文还分析了河南省服务业发展相对滞后的原因,为全面推进河南省服务业快速发展提供了参考意见.
