摘    要:亚里士多德的逍遥教学模式的核心是创新精神,其对高校和谐教学共同体的构建具有非常重要的借鉴意义。在高校新一轮教学范式改革的推动下和"以人为本"教育方针的指导下,高校和谐教学共同体构建过程中呈现出一些新特点,也面临一些新问题的挑战:教学条件明显改善,但教学方法改变不大;教师素质明显提升,但师生关系不太和谐;教师理论水平较高,但实际教学能力不强;教改精神基本坚持,但评教机制不够完善。

Abstract:The key of teaching methods of Aristotle is creativity, which is also the core ot the construction of harmonious higher education. With the newly-developed reform of teaching method and people-oriented teaching educational policy, some characters and challenges arise. While the teaching facilities devel- op, the teaching methods seldom change. While teachers" qualifications improve, the relationship between teacher and student isn't harmonious. While the teachers" theoretical ability is high, the practical teaching results aren't equal. While the spirit of educaiton reform is held firmly, the evaluation mechanism isfft ful- filled.
