区域内实验共享中心:均衡配置中学实验教学资源的优化途径

摘    要:教育投入向农村薄弱学校倾斜,是推进义务教育均衡发展的重要举措。调查发现,农村中学实验装备低水平重复建设严重,不适应新课程改革的要求。农村生源向城镇大量流动,造成政府花大力气新配置的农村实验教学资源的空置浪费和城镇实验教学资源的相对紧缺,引发新的城乡之间教育资源配置不均衡。建立区域内实验教学共享中心,能够避免政府对低水平实验装备重复投入,实现教育实验资源的集中投入、最大优化。区域内各学校充分利用共享中心的实验教学资源,使有限的政府教育投入效益达到最大化,有利于推进区域教育均衡发展。

Abstract:Educational investmenttilt to rural weaI~ school, is me Key to prumut~ u~c ~ ment of compulsory education. But in the rural middle school, experiment equipment is low--level repeat construction,not meeting the requirements of the new curriculum reform. Because a lot of rural students go to study in cities and towns, the government "s investment in rural areas is wasted and experimental teaching resources of towns is relatively scarce, causing the new allocation of educational resources be- tween urban and rural areas is not balanced. Experimental teaching in the region Sharing Center, is able to avoid repeated low--level laboratory equipment investment, educational experiments resources, centralized input and maximum optimization. Regional schools make full use of teaching resources sharing center so that the limited government education investment benefit is achieved maximumly, which promotes the hal- anced development of regional education.
