组织间关系的作用机制:基于合法性与交易费用的研究视角

组织间关系能够显著影响企业绩效已经被大量研究所证实,但其内在作用机制仍有待深入考察和完善。新制度主义理论为组织间关系的作用机制研究提供了坚实的理论基础。合法性和交易费用适合作为组织间关系与企业绩效之间的中介变量,由此构成组织间关系的作用机制模型。实证研究表明:政企间关系能够通过增强合法性和降低交易费用两条路径来提高企业绩效;企业间关系对企业绩效的影响主要依赖于交易费用的传递,而通过增强合法性来提高企业绩效的作用效果并不显著。此外,政企间关系能够完全通过合法性来影响企业间关系的形成和发展。

Analysis of the Effect Mechanism of Inter-organizational Ties Based on Legitimacy and Transaction Cost
