| 摘 要： | 大学生择业是在理想与现实、社会需求与自身实力、追求个性与社会规范等各种矛盾中的艰难选择。在北京奥运会结束的时期,在体育大国向体育强国迈进的社会转轨阶段,具备现代体育发展理念的高素质体育人才的培养和出现将是社会发展的需求,政府、学校、学生三方面必将形成合力,围绕新时期的体育发展目标,树立以提升就业力为核心的人才培养观,不断夯实体育生的实力根基,不断适应时代要求。提升体育生的职业能力也将推动体育经济和产业以及促进我国群众体育的蓬勃发展。

| Abstract: | It is a difficult way for the graduates to find a good job,which is a process full of contradictions,for example,the ideal and the reality,the social-demand and the self-strength,the individuality and the standard,and so on.During the period of social transformation from a large to a strong power of sports after the Beijing Olympic Games,there exists an inevitable demand of the times for the high-quality,sports,personnel with modern conceptions.The author suggests that we should elevate the employment-ability of the graduates majoring in sports in order to promote the development of sport-economics and to advance the progress of mass sports in China. |
