| 摘 要： | 通过对在我院行准分子激光屈光性手术的13890例患者进行连续性临床观察，从患者、护理人员、管理制度等多个方面分析存在的不安全因素，提出防范对策，并落实到每一个细节，消除不安全因素，防患于未然，保障患者的安全和医护人员自身安全，避免医疗事故和纠纷的发生。

| Abstract: | Through a successive clinic observation of 13890 patients receiving excimer laser refractive surgeries in our hospital, from patients, nursing staff and management systems, this paper analyzes the existing unsafe factors and proposes preventing countermeasures, and implements every detail, so as to eliminate unsafe factors, ensure patients＇ safety as well as nursing staffs safety, and prevent medical accidents and disputes. |
