学校文化重建与学校管理

摘    要:透过我国中小学学校文化建设的典型案例和相关论述,梳理出学校文化建设的三种基本生成途径——理性思辨、历史叙事、自主创生。本文拟以此作为切入点,探析学校文化创生如何实现高效学校管理,通过学校文化意识的生成,追求学校特色发展,建成区域有影响的品牌学校。

Abstract:Based on typical cases of school culture construction in China's primary and secondary schools and relevant elaborations, this paper summarizes three basic generation approaches of school culture construction, that is, rational thinking, historical narration and independent creation, tl] With the above as the breakthrough point, this paper analyzes the realization of efficient school management through the creation of school culture, and the establishment of a regional influential school through the for- mation of school cultural awareness and the pursuit of character- istic development.
