我国中医药产业专利联盟的构建基础及运作模式

中医药产业是我国的传统优势产业，而知识产权保护缺失在一定程度上限制了其发展。本文从三个方面分析了构建中医药产业专利联盟的必要性，并从组建专利联盟的核心基础、已有领先企业的优势以及已建专利联盟的成熟经验三个方面分析其构建基础，进而提出了中医药产业专利联盟可能的运作模式。

On the Foundation of Constructing Patent Pool for TCM Industry in China and Its Operation Model

TCM industry is one of traditional superior industries in China. But loss of intellectual property protection to some extent limits the development of TCM. This paper analyzes the foundation of constructing patent pool from three aspects and the feasibility in the core foundation of constructing patent pool, existing advantages of leading firms and ripe experience of existing patent pool. Based on these, an operation model is put forward for the patent pool of TCM industry.
