刑法学课程教学改革研究

刑法学课程是作为我校思想政治教育专业的必修课程来开设的，非专业性、有限的课时数与刑法学教学内容的庞杂性、刑法学通识教育目标与司法制度要求之间的冲突以及我校新升本的地方院校的校情所决定的传统授课模式和教学目标转型阶段的教学现状，决定了我校的刑法学教学必须进行相应的调整和改革，以提升刑法学的教学效果和教学水平。

On the Teaching Reform of Criminal Law Course

Criminal Law is designed as the required course for students from the major of ideological and political education at our university. Because students don＇t major in the Criminal Law, they only have a few lessons to study it every week, but the teaching contents of Criminal Law are very complicated and fuzzy. Besides, there is a conflict between the general teaching aims of Criminal Law and the requirements of judicial system. What＇s more, as the new arising institute in Kaili, the traditional teaching style and teaching aim of our school are experiencing the transitional period at present. Therefore, it is necessary for our u- niversity to make some adjustments and reform to the teaching of Criminal Law accordingly in order to improve the teaching effect and raise the teaching level.
