| 摘 要： | 文化是制度发生的土壤,文化符号是影响合作秩序的重要因子之一,文化交融往往是合作秩序得以拓展的条件。合作秩序的效率和价值关系到经济发展以及福利和自由的实现,这是通向可持续发展的制度演化的要求之一。
