| 摘 要： | 超声波清洗技术因其不受清洗件表面复杂形状的限制,清洗时间快、效果好和无污染等特点,而被广泛应用于清洁度要求高的器件清洗.将超声波清洗技术引入根生中药材泥土的净洗,选用适当的频率、功率、掌握恰当的时间,能起到节水环保、快速洗涤,杀死虫卵、抑制病毒和细菌、防止中草药贮藏虫蛀现象,并降低劳动强度的作用;经超声波技术清洗中药材加工成的饮片有利于有效成分的析出,有望提高中药成分利用率.

| Abstract: | Ultrasonic cleaning technology because its not be cleaning a surface of a complex shape limit,cleaning time fast,good effect and no pollution,etc,and is widely used in high cleanliness requirements of the device to clean.Will ultrasonic cleaning technology into the root of Chinese life soil purify,choose the proper frequency and power,to master the appropriate time,can play the water saving,environmental protection,rapid washing,kill eggs and inhibit viruses and bacteria,prevent Chinese herbal medicine storage bug eat by moth phenomenon,and reduce the labor intensity role;By ultrasonic cleaning technology of Chinese herbal medicine processed into slices of effective ingredients for separation,is expected to improve the utilization rate of traditional Chinese medicine composition. |
