病理学课堂教学演示性技能现状与分析

摘    要:通过观看国家级精品课程病理学专业课程录像,探讨演示性技能在病理学课堂教学中的应用现状和发展趋势。结果表明,演示性技能的使用频次从高到低依次为:指示PPT与黑板(71.07%)、生动图片(5.03%)、放大局部图片(4.41%)、PPT展示知识结构(4.19%)和箭头文本框展示事情经过(3.38%)。课件(99.19%)与板书(0.77%)演示性技能使用频次有极其显著的差异(P<0.01)。建议课件与板书有机结合、取长补短,不应由于现代信息技术在教学中的应用而降低板书的地位和作用。

Abstract:Through viewing the national excellent pathology course videos,to explore the present situation and the development trend of the application of presentation skills in pathology teaching.The frequency from high to low of presentation skill points is:instructions of PPT and blackboard(71.07%),displaying a vivid picture(5.03%),enlarging the local part of a picture(4.41%),displaying knowledge structure with PPT(4.19%)and displaying something with arrow and text box(3.38%).The frequency of presentation skills with PPT and blackboard has the significant difference(P<0.01).Presentation skills with PPT and blackboard should be combined,complimented each other.Don’t reduce the position and role of presentation skills with blackboard because of the application of modern information technology.
