| 摘 要： | TRAIL是肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)超家族的成员之一,通过与受体结合而诱导细胞程序性死亡.TRAIL能够选择性地诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,而对正常组织细胞几乎没有毒性,因此目前受到人们广泛的关注.本文介绍了TRAIL及其受体的表达调控,TRAIL的凋亡途径,以及TRAIL在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展,以期为TRAIL应用于临床肿瘤治疗提供一定的参考.

| Abstract: | Tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-related apoptosis-inducing ligand(TRAIL)is a member of TNF superfamily,which induces the programmed cell death with binding to its receptors.TRAIL selectively induces apoptosis in numerous tumor cell lines while sparing normal cells,thus it has greatly spurred our attention.This review introduces the regulation of TRAIL and its receptors,the pathway for apoptosis,and emphasizes on the current status of tumor therapy via the TRAIL,which is pursumed to be helpful to cancer treatment... |
