摘    要:360度考评是一种全方位的、客观度和公平度较高的考评方式。360度考评可以适时引入到政府公务员的绩效考核管理之中,这与公务务员绩效考核制度创新的发展趋势和政府职能定位的转变相适应。360度考评要按照一定的程序和要求实施,并把握其关键环节。在考评设计中,对由于管理观念、组织气氛和外部监督缺乏等原因造成的偏差,要采用及时的纠偏措施保证其良性运行。

Abstract:360 degree evaluation is an comprehensive ,objective and impartiaL higher degree of evaluation methods.It can be timely introduced to the management of civil servants performance appraisal, which is adapted to developing trend of civil servants appraisal management and change of government function targeting. 360 degree evaluation ought to be applied not only in accordance with certain procedures and requirements,but also grasping its key linkage .China in this way evaluating process, management concepts, organizational climate ,the lack of external oversight and other reasons have caused some deviation ,so it is necessary to timely take corrective measurements to ensure its healthy operation .
