摘    要:当今民营企业能否快速持续发展,其关键因素是能否留住和吸引到优秀人才.优秀人才资源在民营企业的高流动性已经威胁到民营企业的生存与发展.着重论述了民营企业人才流失的原因以及对人才安全管理的措施.

Abstract:Nowadays, the essential factor that whether a state enterprise will develop rapidly and continuously is whether the capable people can be attracted and remained. The frequent movement of super human resources has threatened the subsistence and development of state enterprises. This article mainly discusses the reasons why brains in private enterprise will loss a lot, and the strategy of managing brains steadily.
