文章参照核心竞争力的特征，指出学习力是民办高校的核心竞争力，并从学习力构成要素“个人学习力、知识吸收能力、知识传播能力和团队学习力”四个维度剖析了民办高校在培育核心竞争力方面的障碍。据此，从“员工学习力的提升、知识信息的吸纳与传播、团队学习、学习型组织的营建”四个方面提出了民办高校核心竞争力培育的途径。
