高师武术选项课的教学现状及改革设想

对山东省4所师范院校武术选项课的教学现状进行了调查。结果显示，高等师范院校武术选项课教学存在的重要问题是：教学内容陈旧，难度偏高，缺乏吸引力，不能激发大学生的学习兴趣；教学方法单调，很少采用娱乐、对抗性和电化教学等方法与手段；教学目标单一，忽视武术能力的培养；理论课时少，教学的实用性、科学性不高。提出了改革高师武术选项课教学的设想。

Present Situation and Reform of Wushu Optional Course Teaching at Normal Universities

It has made an investigation of the present situation of Wushu optional course teaching at 4 normal universities in Shandong Province.It has been shown that the main problems of its teaching are follows:The content of the course is outmoded,difficult and unattractive and it cannot excite the learning interests of students; The teaching methods is dull and the means of amusing antagonism and the audio-visual education is seldom;The teaching goal is monotonous and the cultivation of Wushu ability is neglected;The course hours of Wushu Theory are few with less practicability and science.It has put forward a consideration to reform the teaching of Wushu optional course in normal universities.
