摘    要:工学结合人才培养模式注重实践教学环节和学生综合素质与能力的培养,这为加强和改进思想政治理论课实践教学提供了良好的契机和特有的条件;高职院校应根据“工学结合”人才培养模式的理念和要求,采取相应有力的措施,加强和改进思想政治理论课实践教学,并抓好若干关键环节,切实提高思想政治教育的实效性。

Abstract:Technical college educators under educator/employer partnerships shift their focus on a combination of textbook knowledge and real world hands-on so to shape a generally fine quality as a practitioner or frontline coordinator. Meanwhile, such a type of education provides a condition where to improve and reform lhe ideological- political course in a way to connect it with collection of firsthand knowledge and on-the-spot observation. To their advantage, ideological educators could reconsider their procedures to highlight the effectiveness of the subject.
