| 摘 要： | 为适应财税体制改革和财政国库集中收付制度改革的需要，近年来各地纷纷成立了会计核算中心，实行单位报账制会计制度，此办法对提高会计工作效率，规范会计行为，加强会计监督以及从源头上预防腐败的发生都具有十分重要的意义。
