The Comparison and Exploration about the Cultivation and Development Process of the Primary and Middle School Teachers

On the base of comparing and analyzing the general situation and characteristics of the cultivation and development process of the primary and middle school teachers in Germany, Great Britain, Japan and the United States, this article explores the problems of the teachers' construction in our country from the following aspects: the increasing improvement of the levels of teachers training, the qualities of the teachers college students, the teachers' attention to the educational scientific knowledge, the stress of the teaching practice and the implementation of the teachers credentials system.
