中小学师资培养发展过程比较与探讨

摘    要:通过对德国、英国、日本、美国四个发达国家中小学师资培养及其发展过程的一般状况和特点的分析,从师资培养层次的不断提高;师资培养的生源素质;师资培养对教育科学知识的重视;师资培养对教学实践的强调以及教师资格证制度的实行等五个方面对我国师资队伍建设问题进行了探讨.

Abstract:On the base of comparing and analyzing the general situation and characteristics of the cultivation and development process of the primary and middle school teachers in Germany, Great Britain, Japan and the United States, this article explores the problems of the teachers' construction in our country from the following aspects: the increasing improvement of the levels of teachers training, the qualities of the teachers college students, the teachers' attention to the educational scientific knowledge, the stress of the teaching practice and the implementation of the teachers credentials system.
