| 摘 要： | 对大学生责任感人格特．最进行分析与研究，是为了更好的提出教育策略。以福建省部分高校学生作为研究对象，分析不同大学生群体责任感特质的差异性。研究结果显示：文理科学生、男女生在责任感方面没有显著差异；专科生与本科生、城市学生与农村学生在责任感方面有显著差异，本科生高于专科生，农村学生高于城市学生。

| Abstract: | This article studies the part of the undergraduates in Fujian province,and analyzes the difference of undergrad- uates' group conscientiousness trait.Survey result:the difference of the conscientiousness between arts & science,male & fe- male is not typical,but the diploma and bachelor,city and countryside students are much different,bachelor higher than diplo- ma and countryside higher than city.In this paper,the author analyzes the cause and addresses the education strategy. |
