教育管理的“文化模式”探析——兼评当代西方教育管理主要模式的差异

摘    要:教育管理的化模式是当代西方重要的教育管理理论流派,它以其独特的视角而明显有别于正规模式、学院模式、政治模式和主观模式等其它模式。它建立在“化人”的人性假设基础上,从“人的行为是个性与组织化相互作用的函数”这一行为动力模型出发,认为学校理想的组织结构应当是扁平式例“工”字型结构,领导管理学校的主要策略就是通过培育学习型组织的组织化,诱发全体师生员工的自组织行为。

Abstract:As we know,there are kinds of important contemporary theories of education management in the West. Cultural Model is one kind of the theories,which is based on hyposis of human nature of cultural man. It has so unique opinions that it is obviously different from other kinds such as Formal Models,Collegial Models,Political Models and Subjective Models as well.Cultural Model believes that "a person's behavior is a function of his character and enterprise culture having effect on each other ".So the ideal organization structure for school should be like flat pattern"X",the main tactics for leaders to manage schools is to guide the whole teachers and students'administrative personnel and works'self-organizing behavior by means of developing enterprise culture of the learning organization style.
