新时期职教专业教师教学能力结构的思考

摘    要:教师教学能力结构是职业教育质量高低的决定因素.新时期职业院校专业教师的教学能力有自主学习与专业发展能力、科学研究能力、合作教学能力、教学思想方法化能力等.教师应根据职业教育发展及职业院校教学改革的需要,适时调整完善自己的能力结构.

Abstract:The structure of teaching ablity of teachers is the decisive factor to the quality of vocational education.It includes the ablity of initiative learning and specilties developing,ablity of research,ablity of cooperative teaching,ablity of methodology of teaching thought.So teachers should prefect the ablity structure to meet the need of development of vocational education and teaching reform of vocational schools.
