| Abstract: | The structure of teaching ablity of teachers is the decisive factor to the quality of vocational education.It includes the ablity of initiative learning and specilties developing,ablity of research,ablity of cooperative teaching,ablity of methodology of teaching thought.So teachers should prefect the ablity structure to meet the need of development of vocational education and teaching reform of vocational schools. |
