| 摘 要： | 通过对基于资源观、能力观的述评和比较分析,辨析了资源管理这一新概念的发展脉络.通过理论综述和概念阐释,指出资源管理是整合基于资源和基于能力的观点,研究动态环境下资源创造价值的不同阶段的概念体系.

| Abstract: | Based on the evolvements of more broadly the resource based view, the paper identifies the theoretical roots of resource management concept. Through the literature review and concept explicating, the author points out that resource management process is an effective framework in dynamic environment integrating the traditional resource-based view and dynamic capability approach. |
