| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of patent management for military scientific and technological innovation achievements, the author analyzes the factors such as decision-making, area, category, time, region, etc. that affect the patent application process for military scientific and technological innovation achievements. As the result of the analysis, a patent application method is provided for military scientific and technological innovation achievements. |
