从专利技术申请状况领悟我国高等教育的改革

通过对我国专利申请数量、申请人领域和技术含量与国外比较分析，发现国内专利存在质量羞的问题。现行高等教育理念严重影响创新式人才培养，导致专利及研究成果原创性低、技术含量不足。建议从改变高校教学理念入手，构筑技能训练平台，培养学生自我独立设计与实践能力，增强质疑能力，发展科学原创性，提高青年一代的独立创新能力。

Thinking the Reform of Higher Education in China from the Patent Application and Promotion

In this paper, compared with foreign, it is found that the basic reason of poor quality of domestic patents is the concept of higher education, which is now a serious impact on innovative training and leading to the low originality in aspect of patents and research achievements and the lack of technical content. The authors suggested that the universities and related personnel training departments set out to fundamentally change themselves of the ＂water-supplying＂ teaching philosophy to the undergraduate and graduate students, and build skills training platforms for training of basic skills, developing of the selfcontained design and practical ability.
