| 摘 要： | 后金融危机时代,企业的外部环境和内部环境发生了重大变化,加强技术创新是企业应对金融危机的根本途径.结合金融危机背景下企业技术创新的影响因素,构建了企业技术创新动力系统模型,对动力系统建设现状进行了分析,并提出了相关建议.
