| 摘 要： | 对2010年南京市高新技术企业专利数量、结构、分布进行了分析，明确了专利的总体分布趋势，不同技术领域、不同规模、不同经济类型的高企专利分布特点和差异及高企专利国际化状况，并提出了相关的对策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper attempts to analyze the patents of the hi-tech enterprises in Nanjing from various angles, such us the amount, structure and distribution. Distribution characteristics of the patent with different technological fields, scales and economic types are given in the analysis. The internationalization of the patent is studied and some advices are also given. |
