| 摘 要： | 从供给、需求和房价三个方面分析了沈阳房地产市场近几年的发展现状，并通过相关数据的对比，对沈阳市房地产市场的有利因素和不利因素进行了比较，对未来沈阳市房地产市场进行了预测，提出了沈阳和其它区域房地产市场和谐发展的相关建议。

| Abstract: | The development status of the real estate market in Shenyang in recent years is analyzed from supply,demand and the house prices. Through the contrast and analysis on the relevant data of Shenyang real estate market, its own law of development is explored. Through the contrast between advantaged and disadvantaged factors,the future of the real estate market in Shenyang is forecasted and some concerned suggestions on the harmoniousdevelopment of Shenyang and other regions are put forward. |
