我国企业人力资源外包及管理策略探析

摘    要:随着以全球化和Intemet为特征的新经济时代的到来,人力资源外包显得特别重要。在阐述人力资源外包的涵义的基础上,通过对企业人力资源外包的动因及我国企业人力资源外包的现状分析,提出提高外包服务商服务水平,加强成本控制意识,发挥政府的积极引导作用,积极沟通协调、转变观念,仔细权衡甄选外包商五点策略,从而指导企业正确地实施人力资源外包。

Abstract:With the approaching of globalization and internet which human resource outsourcing becomes especially important. Based on of human resource outsourcing power,and through the analysis of the features the new economic era, the illustration of the connotation motives of enterprise outsourcing and the situation of it,five strategies,namely,strengthening the control of cost,making pull play of the governemnt,positive adjustment,change ideas,and carefully choosing the outsourcing contractors, are presented,which will guide the enterprise to conduct the outsourcing of human power.
