太阳能集热系统多通道水温检测装置的研究

摘    要:水温是太阳能集热系统智能控制的核心信号源之一,其采集过程是太阳能集热系统控制的典型任务。针对当前水温检测采用两通道水温检测装置,由于通道太少,导致系统成本增加的问题,文中提出了研究多通道水温检测装置的方法,通过设计PIC单片机硬件电路、信号采集发送程序、仿真及调试,使多通道水温检测装置可根据用户需要采集多组水温数据,增强了太阳能集热系统的工程适应能力。

Abstract:The water temperature is one of the core signal source in the intelligent control system of solar collector, its collection process is a typical control task of solar collector system. For the current water temperature is detected by two-channel temperature detection device, the channels is too few, so it causes the system to the problem of increasing costs.This paper presents a study method of multi-channel temperature detection device, through the PIC microcontroller hardware circuit design, signal acquisition and output procedure design, simulation and debugging, the Multi-channel temperature detection device can achieve Multi-channel temperature data acquisition according to user needs, the ability to adapt project of solar collector system is enhanced.
