非政府组织参与食品安全预警体系的标准化探讨

食品安全预警体系过分依赖以政府为主体。本文通过对非政府组织特性的分析,阐明了其特性与食品安全预警体系的基础关系,提出非政府组织参与食品安全预警体系应规范和标准化,对完善食品安全预警体系的建设,促使食品安全预警成为全民的行为,将起到积极的作用。

Standardization of Non-governmental Organization Participation in the Food Security Early Warning System

Food security early warning system has excessive reliance on the government. Based on the analysis of non-governmental organization＇s characteristics, this paper clarify the basis relationshop between NGOs＇ characteristics and food security early warning system, puts forward that non-governmental organizations involved in food safety early warning system should be normalized and standardized, to improve food safety early warning system construction, promote food security early warning as the whole behavior, will play a positive role.
