中国女子冰壶发展状况研究

中国女子冰壶队在国家的大力支持下得到了迅速发展,取得了一系列的优秀成绩,走出了国门,走向了世界。采用文献资料法,录像观察法等进行层层剖析,发现中国女子冰壶队的发展正面临着一系列的困境:运动生涯的转折期、"金牌战略"的心理负荷过重、教练员水平不高和国内竞技水平低、后备人才匮乏和群众基础薄弱等因素影响着冰壶的发展。针对目前女子冰壶现状提出建议:根据自身因素调整竞技状态,合理运用人才;走市场化道路,建立冰壶俱乐部;加强对教练员的培训,提高国内竞技水平;建立合理的后备人才选拔机制,扩大群众基础,为推动我国女子冰壶运动的发展提供理论依据。

Research on the Development of Chinese Woman Curling

Under the strong national support,Chinese women curling gets a rapid development with a series of outstanding achievements,and goes to the world. After anlysis with the methods of documentary information and video observation,the paper finds out that the Chinese women curling team is being faced with a variety of difficulties：the turning stage of sporting life,the hard mental load from gold medal strategy,the unimproved level of coaches,the low competitiveness,the lack of reserve players and the poor mass base. Aiming at the current development,it suggests adjusting the competitive status according to own condition,having the players＆#39; more reasonable role,establishing the curling club in marketization way,enhancing the training of coaches to improve the Chinese competitiveness,developing a sound selection mechanism of reserve players,enlarging the mass base. The purpose is to provide a theoretical reference for Chinese women curling development.
