地方本科院校提高人才培养质量的探索与实践

人才培养是高等院校的主要职能,提高人才培养质量是实现人才培养目标的关键。渭南师范学院依据"夯实基础、强化主干、加强实践、注重素质"的人才培养指导思想,围绕素质高、能力强、创新型的人才培养目标,在通识教育与专业培养相结合、突出实践教育环节、开展初步的科学研究、创造崇尚科学的良好氛围等方面进行了积极的探索与实践,人才培养质量和学生的社会适应性得到了全面提高。

Exploration and Practice of Promotingthe Quality of Talents Cultivation in Local Universities

Talents cultivation is the main function of higher education,and promoting the quality of talents cultivation is the key of implementing the target of talents cultivation.Based on the guidance of talents cultivation,namely,"reinforcing the basis,strengthening the focus,enhancing the practice and stressing on the quality",according to the target of qualified,capable and creative talents cultivation,Weinan Normal University has strived to explore and practice in the combination of general education and speciality training,emphasis on the practical teaching,initiation of scientific research,creation of advocating science,and such better settings,to improve the quality of talents cultivation and social adaptation.
