| 摘 要： | 本文从三个方面阐述了在开放教育的环境下，怎样根据视觉障碍学生的心理和生理的特点实施教学提高学生的学习效率进行探讨。笔者认为首先要研究视觉障碍学生的心理特征、认知特点，因材施教；其次，教学方法上要有侧重点的进行创新；第三，对利用多媒体网络手段进行特殊人才教学进行探索，对制作适合视觉障碍学生的多媒体课件提出设想。
