| 摘 要： | 西咸经济一体化是一国省内区域性的经济一体化,是西安、咸阳两市通过协商并缔结条约等措施,逐步消除相互间在市场上的分割与限制,促进两市经济结构不断优化、实力不断增强、水平不断提升、主体逐渐融为统一联合体的过程。

| Abstract: | The integration of Xi'an and Xianyang economy is a regional economic integration within one province in a country.It is a process in which the two cities of Xi'an and Xianyang gradually eliminate mutual division and restriction in the market by means of such measures as negotiation and treaty-making,to facilitate the constant optimization of the economic structures in the two cities,to constantly increase the strength of the two cities,and to constantly improve the standard of the two cities with the two subjects gradually merging into one combined entity. |
