关于高等职业教育发展的几点思考

通过对高职教育发展现状以及存在的问题进行深入分析，提出高职教育如何健康发展的对策。目前，在高职院校的办学规模不断扩大，社会认可度与就业率不断提升的情况下，仍存在着资金投入不足，教育教学观念陈旧，办学定位不准的问题。为此，高职院校应以就业为导向，走产学研结合之路．加强实践基地建设深化教育教学改革，走特色办学之路。

On the Development of Higher Vocational Education

This paper puts forward how to develop higher vocational education healthily after analyzing the present condition of higher vocational education's development and the existing problems.At present with the increasing scale of running higher vocational colleges and the improvement of social approval and employment rate,there are also some problems,such as the insufficiency of fund,the old concept of educational teaching and inaccurate orientation.There- fore,higher vocational colleges should combine production,study and research to strengthen the construction of practical base and deepen educational teaching reform with the employment orientation.
