| 摘 要： | 邓小平强调 ,社会主义民主的本质特征是个人利益和集体利益、局部利益和整体利益、暂时利益和长远利益的辩证统一。社会主义民主之所以在本质上不同于资本主义民主 ,就在于两种民主的价值基础不同 ,对个体与整体 ,权利与义务关系的认识不同。从根本上说 ,就是两种民主赖以存在的价值哲学基础和社会基础不同。邓小平民主理论的逻辑基础 ,来自于马克思主义价值哲学和唯物史观。

| Abstract: | As is emphasized by Deng Xiaoping,the typical feature of the socialist democracy theory is the dialectic union of the personal interests and the mass interests, certain region's interests and the whole area's interests, temporary interests and long term interests. The reason of socialist's democracy originally differing to the capitalist's democracy is that they have two kinds of complete different valuable foundations. Basically they have different valuable philosophy foundations and social foundations. The logical foundation of Deng Xiaoping's democracy theory comes from Marxism's valuable philosophy and historical materialism. |
