柴达木盆地文物普查、保护工作探析

柴达木盆地属西部高寒地区,海拨高、人烟稀少,文物点多、面广、线长,较其他中原及沿海、沿边地区有其文化面貌上的复杂性和多样性。恶劣的自然环境状况、人员稀少、设备落后、技术力量薄弱又给普查工作造成了不可预见的困难。在高原地区进行文物普查工作中,应因地制宜地制定符合高原特点的措施和方法,这样才能切实保护好、传承好历史文化遗产。

General Investigation and Protection of Culture Relic in Chai Da Mu Basin

General investigation on national culture relic is a major national conditions and national power survey of the State Department deploying,and is also is a major measure to study Scientific Concept of Development,to improve national culture soft power,which could ensure security of historical culture heritage of the State. Chai Da Mu Basin located western alpine region,where there are high altitude,small population,more cultural relic point,wide and long region,therefore,it is complex and diverse cultural surface that compared with other central plains and coastal areas,border areas. Survey action is unpredictable difficult because of bad natural environment,small personnel,outdated equipment and weakness of technology. In alpine region,cultural relic survey must provide with financial,personnel and technical support on the basis of improving awareness,and should accord with local conditions and make suitable plateau characteristic of the measures and methods,which can successfully completes the task,can effectively protect and inherit？historical culture heritage.
