| 摘 要： | 根据学校关于推进复合式创新型高素质高技能人才培养改革的有关精神,结合汽车与交通学院的工作实际,提出人才培养改革的设计思路:构建复合式专业平台、专业技能培优平台,以及推行"志愿者之院"等措施,全方位、多角度提升人才培养的质量和水平.
