| 摘 要： | 通过调查问卷的方式,了解学生的先导课程、学习动机、学习方式以及教学内容需求和教学方式的偏好等,在分析问卷结果的基础上,提出了关于食品质量与安全专业《分子生物学》课程的教学思考。

| Abstract: | Through questionnaire,the effects of guide courses,learning motivation and learning style on teaching and learning were discussed,meanwhile requirements of course’s contents and preferred teaching pattern were also investigated.Based on analysis of questionnaire,the thinking of teaching reform was proposed for food quality and safety specialty. |
