| 摘 要： | 商贸越语专业开设国际商法课程具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。通过分析当前国际商法课程在商贸越语专业教学实践中存在的问题,提出科学设置国际商法课程,依据不同专业确定教学内容,注重教材的选用,丰富教学方法和手段,挖掘校外教学资源,加强实践训练,采用科学、合理的考试方式等教学改革措施来提高国际商法的教学效果。

| Abstract: | International commercial law course has great theoretical value and practical significances for the students of business Vietnamese major.This essay offers author’s creative ideas about the reform of course design,teaching materials,teaching methodology and course evaluation of international commercial law to guarantee the quality of the future graduates by analyzing the existed problems in the practice of this course. |
