高校二级学院党组织发挥政治核心作用的机制研究

目前，对高校基层党组织发挥政治核心作用的机制问题研究非常薄弱，而且在实际工作中高校二级学院党组织存在着对自身政治核心地位认识不足、组织体系较松散和党建工作有待加强等问题。需要构建高校二级学院党组织明确的主导机制、科学的运行机制和完善的考核机制以及严谨的监督机制，从而使党组织的政治核心地位真正得以落实，以适应新时期高校党建工作发展的需求。

Research on the Mechanism of Secondary College Party Organization Playing a Political Core Role in Universities

At present, research on mechanism of the grassroots party organization playing the political core role is very weak, but in the practical work, there are some problems such as secondary college party organization cannot recognized itself well, the or- ganization system is slack and the construction should be strengthened. We should build a dominant mechanism,a scientific op- erating mechanism a perfect evaluation mechanism and a strict supervision mechanism in secondary college party organization in order to adapt to the development of college party construction work in the new era.
